When you submit our project inquiry form, we collect:

• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Your company or organization, if you choose to provide it
• The service you are interested in
• The project details you write in your message

We also receive limited technical information through standard web server logs — such as your IP address, browser type and general region. We use your IP address to rate-limit our inquiry form and block automated abuse.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Discuss, scope and quote the project you asked about
• Provide the video, photography and creative services you engage us for
• Follow up about your request or your experience working with us
• Operate, protect and improve this website and our business

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. What you send us is used to serve you and run our business.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this website. They process data only on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their service:

• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
• Resend — email delivery, used to send us your inquiry and to send your confirmation email.

Your inquiry is not stored in a database on this website — it reaches us as an email. Each provider maintains its own security and privacy practices. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and name the provider here before turning it on.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request, deliver our services and maintain normal business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us, including reputable hosting and email providers and transport encryption on every page of this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Content we produce for a client belongs to that engagement and is governed by our agreement with them. We do not publish footage or photographs of individuals from a project on this website or our social channels without the client’s permission. If you appear in work we have published and want it removed, contact us and we will address it promptly.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may contact us at any time to review, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or to ask a question about this policy. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR — including the right to know what we hold, to request deletion and to opt out of sale (we do not sell). We honor these requests regardless of where you live. If you no longer wish to hear from us, tell us and we will stop.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
