MJC MEDIA LLC is a creative media company based in DeLand, Florida, providing video production, photography, social media content and creative direction.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent inquiries, probe or bypass its security measures, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may restrict access to anyone who does.

Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation — it does not create a booking, reserve a date or obligate either of us to anything. Any rate, timeline or availability we discuss before a signed agreement is an estimate, not a commitment.

When you engage us for a project, the terms of that work — scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment, revisions, cancellation, licensing and ownership of the finished content — are set out in the proposal or agreement we sign with you. That document governs the engagement; these website terms do not.

Everything on this site — the video, photography, copy, design, logos and the MJC MEDIA name — is owned by MJC MEDIA LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. Work shown in our portfolio is published with the relevant client’s consent and remains subject to their rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Do not send confidential information, credentials or payment details through the inquiry form. By sending us project details you allow us to use them for the sole purpose of responding to and scoping your request.

This site may link to third-party websites and social platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies.

We work to keep this site available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time. We may also update these terms; the effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on this site is general and is not a guarantee of a specific result.
